Resources

We can learn so much from ecovillages in Australia and worldwide. These regenerative communities have been experimenting with different contextual solutions for decades. They have been restoring and regenerating ecosystems and bringing biodiversity back and raising the water tables; developing community led social enterprises to revitalise local economies; developing deep democracy and ethical governance systems and decision making; developing collective ownership models for land and resources; and remembering and honouring sacred spaces. They hold space for celebration and give importance to art and ritual. These communities hold the answers to many of Australia’s issues and challenges.
