A GEN Ambassador is someone who knows the Global Ecovillage Network well, and is able to represent GEN on local, national and/or international levels. A GEN Ambassador stays updated about GEN by reading GEN Newsletters and websites and attending GEN events.
GEN Ambassadors are people of integrity, empathy and enthusiasm, and have good communication, presentation and networking skills.
GEN Australia is working collaboratively with GENOA and GEN International to engage people and activate our networks nationally and across our region. We value the important contributions people make in their ecovilages, communities and projects, and how they support and widen the ecovillage movement, through the sharing of stories, lessons and insights.
Together with GENOA and GEN International, we invite people who have completed GEN trainings, ecovillage courses and/or attended GEN events, like conferences or festivals.
