GEN Australia has a number of professional affiliated consultants that can advise, support and facilitate the development of your community needs. As well as being experts in their field they have also engaged in the GEN education to ensure that there is a common language and approach in the four pillars of sustainability – social, ecological, economic and cultural – to the services they collectively offer. This also allows all consultants to work together easily as a team on projects or where a range of skills are required. Consultants contribute 10% of all funds generated to the GEN Australia to increase the offerings of the network.
The skill set that the affiliated consultants offer and their profiles are listed below.
If your starting a large or new community project a team from the below affiliated consultants can be created to help you create your community. For a GEN Team please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an initial discussion.

With strong passion in communal living arrangements for over 20 years I am a PhD Candidate completing research on Intentional Community Living Arrangements at the University of Queensland. During the research I visited communities throughout Australia and Europe and have lived in six communitas in South East Queensland. The experience and knowledge developed during this research has enabled me to be in service as a co-creator, facilitator, researcher and writer of ecovillages and cohousing communities.
My involvement as Chairperson with the GEN Australia team in context of the wider Global Ecovillage Network is to co-facilitate the direction of the organisation to deliver enterprising products and services that support communities in their regenerative endeavours.
I am have a personal vision to support the development of both indigenous and non-indigenous communities throughout Australia that provide homes in answer to the triple needs of affordability, ecological sustainability and social cohesion.
